Our Story

Growing up in Puerto Rico, our home was the center of every celebration. 

Holidays, birthdays, graduations…you name it, we hosted it. Our house was always full of family, food, dancing, and laughter. I didn’t realize it back then, but that joy of bringing people together was planting the seeds for what would later become RSVP Collective.

After the world came to a stop during the pandemic, I started to realize just how important it is for people to gather and connect. I was in the middle of a career change and knew I wanted to use my skills and creativity to create moments that leave people feeling inspired and connected.

It took me almost two years to figure out what I wanted RSVP Collective to be. Between moving states, becoming a mom, and adjusting to a new season of life, I needed time to get clear on my vision and build something with intention.

In August 2025, RSVP Collective officially launched and now, we’re here, bringing that vision to life with heart, purpose, and a love for helping people to celebrate life.

I’m Amanda, the heart behind RSVP Collective.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, so I’m an island girl at heart now living in Las Vegas with my partner, Carl, and our beautiful daughter, Eva.

Before I stepped into the events world, I spent many years as a professional dancer, a chapter that shaped how I see beauty and taught me how to lead with passion, embrace artistry, and bring a creative eye to everything I do.

Planning has always been second nature to me. I’ve been that person who makes lists for fun and finds joy in the little details. For a long time, I didn’t realize that could be more than a personality trait.

At the heart of it all, I love creating spaces that make people feel truly seen and celebrated. I am all about PEOPLE. RELATIONSHIPS. BUILDING CONNECTIONS. CREATING BEAUTIFUL SPACES.
